Terms of participation
The G-STIC CAP matchmaking event aims to be a reliable online place where needs from Developing Countries & Flemish climate solutions can be matched. To ensure the reliability of information, the G-STIC organisers will screen and activate registrations before they will be made visible on the website.
So a clear and concise organisation description AND at least one clear marketplace item to raise your visibility on this website is of the utmost importance!
You can always contact us for help if required.
In the itemised steps provided below, you will find the MANDATORY information which must be described:
1. Organisation description
- General description
- Range of activities
- Track record and expertise
- Quality standards if applicable
2. Areas of Activity
Please select all areas of activity you are active in.
This makes it easier for other participants to find you and makes your profile more expressive.
3. Attendance
At least one virtual matchmaking session needs to be selected in order to be able to request meetings.
4. Marketplace opportunities
In order to get your profile validated, you need to publish your organisational focus and your collaboration wishes via the marketplace. The marketplace enables you to list your offer and request items and to search for suitable partners by describing what kind of cooperation you offer or seek.
The description of your marketplace items (product, service, partnership, project cooperation, investment opportunity, expertise or request) has to be clear and preferably related to the themes of the G-STIC Climate Action Programme (Agriculture, Biodiversity, Education & Research, Energy, Environmental Policy, Transport and Water & Sanitation).
Your profile will not be activated if you have not listed your collaboration wishes via at least one marketplace opportunity. The better your profile the more interesting it gets for other participants. A good profile will significantly generate more efficient meetings.
